Expenses include typical domain renewal and hosting services, Affiliate payments, Canva Pro, and email client.
Note From Seller:
“The vast majority of sales for this shop come from the finished digital products which sell automatically. Only 6.5% of the gross revenue earned this year comes from Custom Work (custom Pinterest templates for example).
The impact Custom Work has on the total revenue is minimal so it can be removed by the new owner if it isn’t something they want to offer.”

Q&A With Seller
WHAT ARE THE OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR RUNNING THIS BUSINESS?
Daily (or almost daily): checking *customer service* email inbox, brainstorming product ideas, posting in FB group
Weekly: sending out a newsletter
Monthly: Pay affiliates
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU GIVE THE NEW OWNER, FOR HOW THEY SHOULD OPERATE, IMPROVE AND GROW THE BUSINESS?
All of the tasks and suggestions described below can easily be tasked to a VA and a Graphic Designer.
The new owner of the website can improve and grow the business by finding different ways to promote it for increased exposure, and continuing to produce high quality content. Although I have an affiliate program along with sales from my affiliates, I haven’t really developed the program.
I do see the program doing very well should the new owner invest some time into developing and growing it. The majority of my clients (bloggers) come into contact with my business via Facebook so the new owner can find ways to market the business on Facebook.
I also started on Pinterest but have not fully implemented it as a regular avenue of promotion for the business. In terms of operations, the new owner can create a couple of products a few times a month to attract new clients but mostly to keep my current client base interested and excited to keep buying. The website already has many great digital products (printables) that are sold out so the new client can also recreate different versions of said products to attract new buyers.
That being said, considering the volume of product on the site, marketing and promotion should be the focus for the new owner as there is already plenty of content available to generate good revenue.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU EMAIL YOUR LIST?
I email my list a minimum of 18 times per month, every couple of days or so. I put out the same content to my FB group as well.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT OPEN RATE AND CLICK RATE?
-Overall average open rate (since start of business): 43.61%
-2022 Average open rate: 44.79%
-Overall average click rate (since start of business): 7.93%
-2022 Average click rate: 5.98%
WHERE IS MOST OF YOUR INCOME GENERATED FROM?
I haven’t spent anything marketing-wise. All the income earned was made primarily through my Facebook group, my email list, and through content selling groups on Facebook. With more exposure, this website will do very well as there is clearly a market for it in the Blogging community.
The vast majority of sales for this shop come from the finished digital products which sell automatically. Only 6.5% of the gross revenue earned this year comes from Custom Work (custom Pinterest templates for example).
The impact Custom Work has on the total revenue is minimal so it can be removed by the new owner if it isn’t something they want to offer.
